Epson have recently launched a new concept in service delivery.

The Epson authorised self-maintenance programme has been developed to help you to manage and maintain your installed base of Epson products. This programme will provide a cost-effective service for organisations with a large installed base of Epson products (minimum of 50 units required). Training will be provided so that if faults occur, you will be able to rectify them in an effective manner. Epson will also supply spare products to ensure you are able to replace any product which cannot be repaired. This will help you to minimise downtime and maintain critical operations throughout your organisation.

All Epson products owned by you and covered with either a standard or an extended warranty will fall under this programme.

All programmes are tailored to match your situation. This will cover any combination of units from the extensive Epson range, including Inkjet Printers, Scanners, Multifunction devices, Mono and Colour Laser Printers, Projectors, Dot Matrix and Point of Sale products.

• Provision of suitable service materials enabling a fix to be achieved
• Provision of stock of replacement product for swap out where necessary

• No call to Epson required prior to service event
