How does the referral program work?

Schools who have Epson product (any product) already installed in their classrooms, can refer other schools to the program

What's in it for me if I refer someone?

You will receive access to heavily discounted product via our exclusive Refer a school portal with heavily subsidised discount depending on the referral value.

What's in it for the school I refer?

They will receive a deal reg discount of 10% on the goods they purchase and the opportunity to refer other schools (projection referrals only)

Is there a limit to the number of schools I can refer?

No, you can refer as many schools as you wish

How do I track my referrals and rewards?

You can contact epsonsales@epson.ie with your request and Epson Ireland will respond within 48 hours

Can I refer someone who is already a customer?

Yes, you can but they must purchase new Epson equipment (Projection only)

Is there an expiration date for my referral credits?

The program will run until 31st Dec 2024 and discounted pricing can be used up until 31st Mar 2025.

How does the School I refer redeem their reward?

They will receive their discount through the nominated Epson reseller they wish to purchase Epson goods from.

Can I combine referral rewards with other promotions or discounts?

No, the referral discount is exclusive to the refer a school promotion only.

What happens if there's an issue with my referral or reward?

You can contact Epson at epsonsales@epson.ie with the details and Epson Ireland will investigate the issue and initial response will be within 48 hrs

Is the referral program subject to change?

Bundles are subject to availability; in the event of stock depletion, we will substitute with a comparable item and make the necessary updates on the online portal.

Can I refer businesses or individuals?

No, the referral scheme is for schools only.

Can Bundles be mixed?

No Bundles are pre-packaged and cannot be mixed.

How can the reward purchased be made by the referee school?

Once the referred school has completed their purchase, a member of the Epson team will communicate directly with the referee school and then a purchase can be made via QCom by revolut link, EFT or cheque.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once purchase has been complete through our online portal, goods will be delivered within 5 working days.
